This website
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or social-media trackers. If we run analytics, it is a cookieless product (Plausible) that records page views and referrers in aggregate and cannot identify you. There is no chatbot recording what you read.
The enquiry form
If you fill in the form on the contact page, the details you type — your name, business, contact details and message — are delivered to us by email through a form-handling service (Web3Forms). We use them to answer you, and to keep a record of the conversation if you become a client.
We don't sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to a list you didn't ask for. Email hello@locallyai.com.au and we'll delete them on request.
Client data on the systems we install
This is the part that matters most, so it's worth being exact. The systems we install run entirely on hardware you own, on your own network. Documents, recordings and transcripts stay on that machine.
We don't receive copies, and the machine doesn't send your content to us, to a cloud AI provider, or anywhere else.
Two exceptions, both under your control:
- Remote support. If you take a support plan, we can connect to the machine over an encrypted private link to fix things. That access is set up with your consent, scoped to the machine, and can be switched off by you at any time.
- Fine-tuning. If you engage us to train a model on your own material, that training runs on your machine or on ours by written agreement. Either way the data is not uploaded to a third party, and the resulting model belongs to you.
Your rights
We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it.
