LocallyAI

A few hours on site, and your
local AI assistant is ready to go.

We visit and listen, install one machine on your network, shape it to your office, then keep it improving for as long as you own it.

Four stages · One machine · No jargon

How it works

Four stages, start to finish.

What happens before the install, during it, and after.

Stage 1 — We visit and listen

Before we recommend anything, we spend time in your office watching how the work actually happens — nothing gets quoted until then.

Stage 2 — We install the machine

One small, silent appliance joins your office network, next to your router or server. Setup is a single command from the drive we bring; after that the box answers in any browser — nothing installed on staff PCs.

Stage 3 — We shape it to your work

We fit the LocallyAI harness — our AI workbench — to your office. Every capability is on by default, and administrators switch things off per person — enforced behind the API, not just hidden in the interface. Anything that doesn't exist yet is scoped and quoted before we start.

Stage 4 — We stay with it

Better open models come out every few months, and they run on hardware you already own. We install the ones that would genuinely improve your day.

The wiring

The machine serves every desk.

Private by structure

Private means private.

Not a setting we promise to honour — the way the machine is built.

Per-user workspaces

Each account has its own files, chats and search index — one person's material is structurally absent from another's queries, not filtered out of the results.

Not even us

A private meeting or file returns "not found" to anyone else — administrators included, who can delete for offboarding but cannot read.

A record you own

Every login and admin action lands in the audit log, and the full history exports as a training set for fine-tuning a model on how your office actually writes.

The service life

The machine stays; the models on it are replaced.
