Your staff, in plain language
Anyone can ask the Harness for a small tool — a stamp duty calculator, a fee estimator, a unit converter — and get a working one back in the conversation. It runs sandboxed, asking for a change updates it, and none of it is billable.
Your technical people already have the kit
Every machine ships with the LocallyAI CLI — a coding agent of the same grade as Claude Code or Codex, with plan mode, subagents, skills and MCP connections — so developers are useful on it from day one. What we charge for is the skills and MCP servers built on top, not the agent itself.
The next tier — what we build
Skills are packaged capabilities: your house formats in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, invoice extraction, redaction, the report shape your industry expects. MCP servers are how the Harness reaches the systems you already run, and we build stateless MCP2 servers only — there is no session to lose if a connection drops mid-job.

Referrals and results, sorted before anyone opens them
Incoming referrals, pathology results and recalls, put in front of the right person with a reason attached. The practice software stays the record — the Harness only prepares the work.
Invoices into the ledger
Supplier invoices and receipts read straight off the PDF or the photo, coded against your chart of accounts and staged as drafts in Xero or MYOB. The bookkeeper checks a list instead of typing one.
Matter documents in your own precedents
Letters, file notes and schedules drafted from what's already on the matter, in your firm's precedent wording rather than a generic template.
NDIS notes that hold up in an audit
Shift notes and incident reports written up against the Practice Standards wording, with the participant's plan goals referenced and the missing bits flagged before the file closes.
Site notes into the finished report
Photos, voice memos and scribbled notes from the inspection turned into the report the client gets, in your template and your defect wording. The inspector reads and signs instead of writing it up that night.
Quotes and tenders from work you've already won
Past submissions, capability statements and staff CVs become the source the next response is drafted from, with the schedule of requirements turned into a checklist first. What's left is checking and pricing rather than starting at a blank page.
Computer vision — eyes on the physical side of the business
Built on OpenCV, the open-source computer vision library. Point it at the photos and footage your business already produces — the loading dock camera, the scanner tray, the site photos off a phone — and it counts, reads and flags without anyone staring at a screen: stock counted off a pallet photo, gauges and dockets read into a spreadsheet, the defect flagged before the job ships.
Every one of these is a job someone in that office does by hand tonight. None of them send your files anywhere — the whole thing runs on the machine in your comms cupboard.

Most single tools and integrations take about an hour to build and test, and that configuration labour is inside the quote — it never turns up as a line item afterwards. The 10–30 hours is what a full pipeline costs: several pieces, your real files, and the awkward cases handled properly.

Trained on your own letters
After a few months the Harness holds hundreds of your letters, notes and reports, and the whole history exports as a training dataset — your data is the asset. We use it to teach the model your phrasing, and the resulting model belongs to you.
